This role leads the design and execution of our school staff supply strategy, overseeing the full pipeline from recruitment through onboarding and development. You’ll work cross‑functionally to match supply with demand, resolve bottlenecks, and contribute to strategic planning as Noon scales. A high‑impact, Riyadh‑based role at the intersection of operations, talent, and educational innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the full staffing lifecycle across hiring, onboarding, and development.
  • Forecast staff demand and ensure supply readiness by school, role, and timeline.
  • Build systems to track staffing metrics, performance, and deployment progress.
  • Align with Ops, Learning, Admissions, and Product to ensure smooth school launches.
  • Surface risks, unblock bottlenecks, and continuously improve staffing processes.
Requirements
  • 3–6 years of experience in HR, staffing, or operations, with exposure to both hiring and L&D.
  • Strong planning, coordination, and systems thinking skills.
  • Data‑driven, organized, and execution‑focused.
  • Arabic fluency required; English is preferred.
  • Background in education or service delivery in KSA is a plus.
Why work at Noon?
  • Solving the Biggest Problem in Education: We’re addressing the most important and challenging issue in the sector—scaling star teachers and making learning fun.
  • Innovation at a Global Scale: Noon leads in edtech innovation; we are not a copycat. We pioneer new ways to deliver world‑class education.
  • Solid Financial Footing: We have turned profitable and we’re well‑funded.
  • International Exposure: Join a dynamic, internationally diverse team that encourages personal development.
  • Mission & Values Driven: We aim to provide equitable access to world‑class education.
