The Jazan IGCC is the world’s largest IGCC and ASU facility, producing 2100 MMSCFD syngas, 18,000 MT/Day Oxygen, and 4 Gigawatts of power. Facilities include residue gasification, acid gas cleanup (Rectisol), soot ash recovery, sulfur recovery (Claus & Scot), combined cycle power plants, materials handling systems, hydrogen recovery, air separation, water utilities, and wastewater treatment facilities.

The general role is to support the Project Director, Project Managers, Site Engineers, and other divisions under Project Delivery by coordinating with JIGPC entities to ensure project activities are carried out according to schedule and plan.

The ideal candidate should have knowledge of the following:

• ERP systems such as SAP, with a preferred background in Materials Management module;
• Document control platforms like Aconex or similar at a basic to mid-level expertise;
• Knowledge of Absher platform, Muqeem, or similar is desired;
• Saudi Aramco ID processing background is a plus.

Proficiency in the following programs is also required:

• Microsoft Word with advanced editing skills;
• Microsoft PowerPoint with advanced presentation editing skills;
• Microsoft Excel, including advanced spreadsheet processing such as conditional formatting, data validation, formulas, and pivot tables;
• SharePoint management experience is a plus.

• Preparation of Service PRs, Materials Requisitions, and material codes;
• Processing routine documents like employee timesheets, overtime approvals, business trip requests, leave requests, travel forms, employee lists, and asset lists;
• Coordination with security for gate passes, staff IDs, plant IDs, and visitor passes;
• Arranging site or online meetings as requested by project leadership;
• Driving vehicles in Saudi Arabia is a plus, for escorting visitors or vendors during site visits;
• Planning team events such as team building or town halls.
