Job summary

A leading global professional services company is seeking a Senior Contract Administrator in Turayf, Northern Borders Province, Saudi Arabia. You will support administration of contracts, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with key metrics. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and proven experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with standard contract forms is desired. This is a full-time role in a dynamic, inclusive environment.

  • Familiarity with standard contract forms (FIDIC, NEC, EPC, or similar) is considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the administration of main contracts, subcontracts, and service agreements on‑site.
  • Maintain accurate records of contract documentation, correspondence, amendments, and deliverables.
  • Track key contract dates, including milestones, deadlines, and payment schedules.
  • Contribute to the preparation of contract close‑out documentation and lessons learned.
Document & Records Management
  • Log, manage, and control contract‑related documentation in accordance with project and company procedures.
  • Ensure that contract documents are correctly filed, regularly updated, and accessible to authorized team members.
  • Assist in audits by providing relevant contract documents and data.
Support to Site Teams
  • Collaborate with site engineering, procurement, and project controls teams to resolve contract-related queries.
  • Coordinate submission and tracking of RFIs, variations, and approvals.
  • Ensure subcontractors meet contractual obligations, including insurances, bonds, and licenses.
Progress Reporting & Compliance
  • Monitor compliance and performance metrics related to contracts.
  • Help prepare progress reports, contract status summaries, and inputs for project reporting tools.
  • Identify and elevate potential risks, deviations, or delays in contract execution to senior contract professionals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Law, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a contracts administration role, ideally within mining or industrial construction projects.
  • Familiarity with standard contract forms (FIDIC, NEC, EPC, or similar) is considered an advantage.
  • Strong skills in organization, documentation, and time management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document control systems.
  • Willingness and ability to work in a site‑based environment, including remote or rotation‑based schedules.
