As a Strategy and Transformation Consultant in Business Consulting, you will be part of a team that helps clients solve enterprise-wide strategic, organizational, and operational issues by architecting solutions for complex problems. Your focus will include translating strategy, redesigning operating models, transforming operations and processes, and improving overall business performance.
You will be expected to define problems, hypothesize solutions, facilitate client discussions, present proposed improvements, perform qualitative and quantitative research for analytical purposes, and consolidate findings to support implementation activities. Our consultants also support business development, proposal writing, and knowledge building activities.
