Financial Operations Management :

• Oversee all financial operations, maintaining accurate account records and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Streamline financial processes to optimize efficiency and accuracy.

Strategic Financial Planning :

• Craft and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
• Assist in budget preparation, allocation, and management to ensure optimal resource utilization.
• Produce insightful financial reports to guide strategic decision-making at all levels.

Client Relationship Management :

• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships by providing customized financial advice and solutions.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to align financial strategies with client expectations and needs.

Data Analysis and Risk Assessment :

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, monitor performance, and assess risks.
• Recommend proactive adjustments to financial strategies to mitigate risks and maximize returns.

Compliance and Alignment :

• Ensure all financial strategies and operations align with the company’s long-term goals and regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and implement necessary adjustments.

Team Leadership and Development :

• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Build a high-performing team through effective coaching, training, and development initiatives.

• Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA are highly desirable.
• Experience : Minimum 8-10 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Industry experience in Oil and Gas or EPCM is a strong advantage.
