As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Sales Manager who will play a crucial role in strengthening client relationships and driving new business opportunities. Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Identify and qualify new sales leads, converting them into paying customers.
  • Conduct product presentations and effectively communicate Nowlun's value proposition.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Utilize data analytics to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients regarding their shipping and logistics needs.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and discuss future goals with clients.
  • Develop and implement account engagement strategies that align with Nowlun's overall business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments to position Nowlun as a leader in digital freight forwarding.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales leadership or a senior sales role.
  • Strong understanding of ocean freight processes and pricing structures.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies and best practices.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience in logistics or freight forwarding is a MUST.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
