About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Operations - Senior Associate to join our in-house legal team.

In this role, you will be the backbone of our Legal Department, managing and optimizing all of our backend processes, systems, and information to ensure the team operates efficiently and effectively.

Your Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage streamlined processes and workflows for all Legal Department activities – including contract management, matter tracking, litigation support, billing, and external counsel management.
  • Implement and manage the Legal Department’s technology solutions to optimise efficiency and manage SLAs.
  • Oversee the Legal Department’s organizing and archiving of all legal documents and certificates.
  • Assist with the Legal Department’s budget, billing, and external counsel management.
  • Support with data analytics and reporting to the Legal Department and senior leadership on department performance.
Your Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3-4 years work experience.
  • Experience in admin, business development, front of house, office management, procurement, or GRC roles.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic – written and spoken.
  • Worked in either a law firm and/or in-house legal department.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Is organised and detail-oriented, has strong communication and interpersonal skills, and is able to analyze complex data, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions.
