Role Overview:
As a Solution Architect in Technology Strategy & Transformation, you will:

• Develop architectural blueprints, design patterns, and prototypes to bring innovative ideas to life.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and development teams to deliver seamless, scalable solutions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and embed security protocols across systems.
• Provide technical leadership and foster a culture of continuous learning across the organization.
• Document key architecture decisions and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
• Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies and trends in the banking industry to implement innovative solutions.

What We re Looking For:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, with at least 5 years in financial services.
• Expertise in TOGAF, AWS, Azure, and microservices architectures.
• Experience with core banking systems, payment gateways, and financial regulations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and lead complex projects.

Certifications in architectural frameworks and knowledge of blockchain or AI-driven analytics is a plus!
