We are seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of inventory control in Jeddah. The successful candidate will ensure accurate inventory levels and efficient stock management.
- Develop and implement inventory management policies and procedures
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels
- Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and resolve issues
- Coordinate with departments to forecast and plan inventory needs
- Oversee receiving, storing, and distribution of inventory
- Train and supervise inventory staff
- Analyze data to identify trends and improve efficiency
- Review and approve purchase orders for timely delivery
- Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and delivery schedules
- Develop strategies to minimize excess or obsolete inventory
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in inventory management
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, supply chain, and inventory control methods
- Excellent organizational skills and task prioritization
- Proficiency in inventory management software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Salary: $1400 per month
Location: Jeddah
Preference: English-speaking professionals, preferably Indians
