Job description

Job Title: Country Head

Section: Operation Management

Reports To: VP, Operations or CEO

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Reports to the CEO and the Groups management team on the performance of the operation by submitting monthly management reports.

2. Attends the monthly operations performance review meetings, provides justifications, clarifications and action plans where needed.

3. Coordinates and develops all the local departments and ensures operational and strategic objectives are achieved.

4. Follows up closely with his/her heads of O&M and E&C on the status and performance of the projects and ensures the client expectations are met.

5. Prepares the annual budget plan and submits it to the Group Budgeting and Reporting team after aligning with the different Group departments on Revenue with Group Sales, on Gross Margins with Group O&M and Group EPC, on OPEX with Group POPS, etc.

6. Oversees and controls the utilization of all resources.

7. Builds and maintains strong relationships with all his/her clients.

8. Prospects business opportunities and develops new business relationships with new clients in coordination with the Group Sales team. Negotiates tenders and contracts.

9. Ensures employee engagement and always makes sure that post Employee Engagement Surveys action plans are developed and implemented.

10. Represents the company at legislative sessions, committee meetings and formal functions.

11. Ensures safety and environmental protection in all aspects of the work.

IMS ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Reports any hazards or risks in addition to accidents/incident to QHSE department.

Be aware of and complies to the company's IMS Policy.

Abides by the company's local legal and client requirements.

Attends and engages in IMS awareness sessions.

Ensures that all IMS procedures are regularly followed and raises the issue when they are not.
