Job summary

A leading construction firm in Riyadh is looking for an HR Software Specialist to manage HR data at project sites. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience with JISR HR Software and have 2–5 years in HR data entry. Responsibilities include maintaining employee profiles and ensuring data accuracy while supporting HR operations. Good communication skills in English are essential, and knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
  • Proven hands-on experience with JISR HR Software (mandatory).
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR data entry, HR operations, or HRIS roles.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain employee profiles in JISR HR Software during onboarding.
  • Enter and update employee data, including personal details and job-related records.
  • Upload, organize, and manage employee documents.
  • Enter and verify attendance, leave, and payroll-related data.
  • Ensure site workforce information is updated in real time.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with HR policies.
  • Generate HR reports from JISR as requested.
  • Coordinate with the head office HR team.

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Software Specialist (Data Entry) to manage and maintain HR data at our project site. The ideal candidate must have strong hands‑on experience with JISR HR Software, excellent data entry skills, and the ability to manage employee information accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain employee profiles in JISR HR Software during onboarding.
  • Enter and update employee data, including personal details, contact information, and job‑related records.
  • Upload, organize, and manage employee documents (passport, Iqama, medical, contracts, etc.).
  • Enter and verify attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll‑related data daily.
  • Ensure all site workforce information is updated in real time and accurately reflected in the system.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with HR policies and data handling standards.
  • Generate HR reports from JISR as requested by management.
  • Coordinate with the head office HR team to ensure smooth data flow and correct system updates.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree (HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
  • Proven hands‑on experience with JISR HR Software (mandatory).
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR data entry, HR operations, or HRIS roles.
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, and document management).
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong accuracy and organizational skills.
