Responsibilities include managing the sales team, recruiting new staff, and engaging with business partners. The ideal candidate must have experience in sales or business development, be bilingual in English and Mandarin, and possess strong communication and organizational skills. Qualifikationen
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or agency systems.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, knowledge of Mandarin dialects is a plus.
- Strong organizational and strategic mindset.

- Handle customer inquiries and gather market feedback.

- Proven experience in sales, business development, or agency systems, with a focus on team leadership.
- Can write & read English and Mandarin, with knowledge of major Mandarin dialects as a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a strategic mindset to drive results.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office applications.
