We’re now looking for Inside Sales Executives based in Malaysia to drive our growth across Southeast Asia. This role is key to helping SMBs discover how Wati can transform customer engagement through WhatsApp and conversational automation.
As an Inside Sales Executive, you’ll own the full sales cycle — from qualifying leads to closing deals — primarily with SMB and mid-market clients across Malaysia, Singapore, and the wider SEA region. You’ll convert inbound opportunities, proactively prospect new ones, and collaborate with marketing and success teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and retention.
