Job summary
A leading retail company in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to manage the full set of accounts, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance. The ideal candidate must hold at least an LCCI Diploma in Accounting and have 1–2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, along with excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, are essential for this role. Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in handling full set of accounts.
- Strong command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full set of accounts up to the balance sheet.
- Prepare accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain the general ledger.
- Maintain filing of accounting and administrative records.
- Collaborate with departments for accurate financial information.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing of accounts.
- Liaise with auditors and tax agents on audit matters.
