Key Responsibilities
  • Issue and record customer invoices accurately and on time.
  • Reconcile collections and ensure receipts are correctly recorded against customer accounts.
  • Update and maintain the FA register for new additions, disposals, and transfers.
  • Prepare monthly depreciation schedules.
  • Ensure proper documentation and tagging of company assets.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile stock balances.
  • Verify inventory movements and ensure proper documentation for purchases, usage, and adjustments.
  • Assist in month-end closing and prepare supporting schedules.
  • Liaise with internal departments on billing, inventory, and asset-related matters.
  • Support audit requests and provide required documentation.
  • Perform other related accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred (fresh graduates may apply).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting principles.
  • Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and start work on short notice.
