Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare full set of accounts and financial statements for audit purposes.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports, including bank, inter‑company, and accounts payable reconciliations.
  • Assist in daily accounting operations, bookkeeping, and tax filing.
  • Handle company registration, tax registration, and related statutory tasks.
  • Apply for, issue, and manage invoices; prepare and submit accounting reports.
  • Verify documents, prepare journal entries, and perform bank reconciliations.
  • Organize, archive, and maintain accounting records and files.
  • Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax authorities, banks, and government departments.
  • Assist supervisors with other accounting and administrative tasks as required.
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Strong foundation in accounting principles and tax knowledge.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software.
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Good communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Positive working attitude with integrity and strong teamwork spirit.
  • Languages required: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia (to communicate effectively with Mandarin‑speaking clients from China).

  • 制作记账凭证、银行对账、审核单据、开具与保管发票。
  • 协助整理、归档和保管财务文件。
  • 负责与工商、税务、银行等部门的对外联络。
  • 协助完成其他日常财务事务。
任职资格 (Mandarin)
  • 财务、会计、经济等相关专业大专以上学历。
  • 熟悉会计基础知识及税务法规。
  • 熟练使用Excel、Word及财务软件,资料分类有条理。
  • 工作踏实、认真细心,具有独立学习和工作的能力。
  • 具有良好的职业操守、团队合作精神及沟通能力。
  • 应届毕业生或无经验者亦可申请。
