Job description

A fantastic opportunity has become available for an Account Executive / Account Assistant to join the dynamic team at K.E Manufacturing Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru, Johor. This is a full-time position that will play a vital role in supporting the company's accounting and bookkeeping functions.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive and Account Assistant with hands‑on experience in inventory control and manufacturing accounting processes to support our finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL)
• Manage inventory accounting, stock valuation, and reconciliation
• Monitor manufacturing costs, including raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
• Prepare costing reports, BOM costing, and variance analysis
• Ensure accurate monthly closing and financial reporting
• Assist in reporting, audit schedules, and statutory submissions
• Liaise with suppliers, operations, and production teams on cost‑related matters
• Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date financial records for the organization
• Preparing and processing invoices, payments, and receipts
• Reconciling bank statements and accounts
• Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Providing administrative support to the accounting team
• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to provide financial insights and support

Qualifications

• Business Studies, LCCI Diploma or ACCA, Accounting Degree
• Minimum 2 years working experience in an Electronic Manufacturing environment.
