A leading resources company in Malacca City is looking for a candidate to handle document management in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. Applicants should have a minimum SPM/LCCI/Diploma in Accounting, with experience in accounting systems preferred. Key traits include independence, analytical skills, and a positive working attitude. This role involves various ad-hoc tasks and maintaining an organized filing system.
Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
Must capable to handle documents in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Ensuring properly maintain filing system and keep it up to date.
Minimum SPM.LCCI/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent is preferable.
Working experience in the related field and familiar in accounting systems will be an added advantage.
Independent, analytical, minimum supervision and have a positive working attitude.
