Job summary
A financial services company based in Gelang Patah, Malaysia seeks a Finance Leader to oversee accounting, treasury, and financial control. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in financial leadership, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA. Responsibilities include managing budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with regulations. A focus on leadership and strong communication skills is essential for success in this dynamic role.

Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with corporate governance and ethical standards.
Identify and manage financial and operational risks, including cash flow, FX and insurance.
Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, promoting accuracy, transparency and collaboration.

Reporting to Group Managing Director.
