As a Zonal Business Supervisor, you will lead sales execution, expand market share, and build strong partnerships with General Trade (GT) retailers and Key Account channels.

What You’ll Be Driving
  • Execute business strategies with Head of Zone (HOZ) and Zonal Business Manager (ZBM) across assigned territory

  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships through competitive market intelligence

  • Provide business reviews and territory reporting with actionable insights

  • Drive stakeholder engagement with retail partners, key accounts, and collaborators on Digital Trade Engagement (DTE), In Market Share (IMS), Philip Morris Rewards Club (PMRC), and General Trade (GT) initiatives

  • Coach and supervise partner teams on daily operations and performance deliverables

  • Ensure compliance with PMI Principles, Code of Conduct, commercial processes, and regulatory requirements

What You Bring
  • 3+ years’ sales experience in FMCG, retail, or trade marketing.

  • Proven territory management and route optimization experience.

  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of digital tools an advantage.

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or Commerce.
