A property development company in Johor is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to drive property sales. The ideal candidate will manage the full sales cycle, conduct presentations and tours for prospective buyers, and build strong relationships. A diploma or degree in a relevant field is required, along with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, while Mandarin is necessary for communication with certain clients. The role offers a competitive commission structure and various employee benefits.
Commission: 0.5% – 1.2% (on top of basic salary)

Achieve monthly and annual property sales targets set by management
Manage end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, qualifying, presentation, negotiation, booking, and closing
Conduct property sales presentations, site visits, and show unit tours for prospective buyers
Follow up on sales leads generated through marketing campaigns, property agents, digital platforms, and walk-ins
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, agents, and business partners
Provide professional consultation on property features, pricing, and financing options
Assist purchasers throughout the Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) signing and housing loan application process
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Support property launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events
Collaborate with marketing teams on sales campaigns, promotions, and online lead conversion
Maintain proper documentation for sales bookings, purchaser details, and payment schedules
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Property Management, or related fields
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and agents
Passionate about property sales and real estate industry
Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently and in a team
Possess own transport and willing to work weekends/public holidays (off days in lieu provided)
