The Chin Hin Group Young Talent Program is a one-year accelerated development program designed to groom high-potential graduates into future leaders of the Group. Throughout the program, Young Talents will undergo structured job rotations across various business units, guided by mentors and business leaders, to gain broad exposure, critical skills, and leadership capabilities.

Selection Criteria
  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in a relevant field
  • Degree with minimum CGPA 3.30 and above / 2ndClass Upper
  • Less than 2 years of working experience
  • Demonstrated leadership potential through co-curricular activities, projects, or community involvement
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
  • High adaptability and willingness to rotate across functions/business units
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and open to feedback
  • Digitally literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
