Job description

TP is seeking a dedicated and experienced Workday Configuration Specialist – Recruitment & Onboarding and Core HCM. This role will be responsible for the implementation and configuration of Workday Recruitment and Onboarding / Core HCM solutions, reporting and integrations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday configuration, leadership skills, and a proven track record of successful project management. This position will be part of the Digital Employee Experience team and report to the Functional Product Owner of Recruitment and Onboarding / Core HCM Modules

Who You Are:

• A skilled person with 2 years of experience supporting Workday.
• Someone who has a strong understanding of Recruitment and Onboarding / Core HCM modules and knowledge of the Agile methodology and the Jira tool.
• Proven ability to manage tasks with competing priorities.
• Strong analytical mindset and the ability to think critically and act decisively in high-pressure situations.
• An expert with a high degree of entrepreneurial spirit, executive maturity, integrity, and responsibility who builds trusting relationships with clients' decision‑makers.
• A professional who communicates and solves inquiries with an intermediate‑advanced English proficiency.
