We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Workday Analyst II to join our HR Technology team. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert in Workday, responsible for the ongoing configuration, optimization, maintenance, and support of Workday HCM modules. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to deliver scalable and effective solutions that enhance the employee experience and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2–4 years of experience working with Workday in an analyst, HRIS, or systems role.
  • Hands-on experience in at least two Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non‑technical users.
  • Experience with Workday reporting tools (e.g., Report Writer, Calculated Fields, EIBs).
Preferred
  • Workday Pro Certification or Workday training preferred.
  • Familiarity with Workday Studio, Prism Analytics, or Integration tools is a plus.
  • Experience in a global or enterprise-level Workday environment.
Responsibilities
  • Configure, test, and implement changes in Workday modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Time Tracking, Absence, or Payroll.
  • Serve as a liaison between HR, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver Workday enhancements.
  • Analyze data and workflows to recommend improvements or automation opportunities within the Workday ecosystem.
  • Maintain data integrity through regular audits, validations, and data cleanup activities.
  • Support Workday releases and updates, including testing new features, assessing impact, and documenting changes.
  • Assist with report creation and dashboard development using Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and other reporting tools.
  • Provide end‑user support and training, ensuring optimal use of Workday functionality.
  • Participate in or lead Workday‑related projects and initiatives, managing timelines and deliverables.
