What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive financial planning consultations for clients, focusing on Unit Trust investments, Takaful protection plans, and Bancatakaful products
- Grow your client portfolio through active networking, referrals, and relationship management
- Perform needs-based selling using strong sales presentation skills
- Ensure timely account opening, application processing, and product inquiries resolution
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Who We're Looking For
Essential Requirements for Financial Advisory Roles:
- Education: Diploma in Banking, Business Finance, Commerce, Economics, or Finance related fields
- Experience: Minimum 2 years as Financial Services Sales Executive, Insurance Agent, Unit Trust Consultant, Bancassurance Officer, or Retail Banking Officer
- Licenses: Must possess CUTE license, TBE certification, Takaful Agent license, or Insurance Representative license
Bonus Points for Wealth Management Professionals:
- Professional certifications (CUTE, TBE)
- Experience in Islamic banking, Shariah-compliant products, portfolio management, or private banking
- Multilingual capabilities (English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, Cantonese, or local dialects). We are seeking candidates proficient in both English and Mandarin/Cantonese to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
- Regulatory compliance knowledge (Securities Commission, BNM guidelines, IFSA 2013)

- Base Salary: RM 3,000 – RM 5,500 for Senior Financial Consultants
- Performance-Based Commission: Eligible upon achieving a 60% sales target
