We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Operations Assistant to join our growing team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth warehouse operations, accurate documentation, and timely coordination with suppliers and logistics partners. Data Entry & Record Management
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, delivery orders, and purchase orders.
  • Input and update warehouse data into ERP or inventory management systems.
Billing & Documentation
  • Process supplier invoices, customer bills, and related financial documents.
  • Verify accuracy of billing information and resolve discrepancies.
Delivery Order Handling
  • Prepare, issue, and track delivery orders.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
Purchase Order Management
  • Create and process purchase orders in line with company policies.
  • Liaise with suppliers to confirm order details, timelines, and documentation.
Warehouse Support
  • Assist in monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
  • Support warehouse supervisors in administrative tasks and compliance reporting.
General Requirements
  • Minimum SPM or Certificate in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in warehouse administration, logistics, or procurement.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with ERP/inventory systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language Requirement: Ability to converse fluently in Cantonese or Mandarin to liaise effectively with suppliers and logistics partners.
