  • Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices.
  • Prepare and verify dispatch documents.
  • Coordinate with QA, QC, Production, and Logistics.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Monitor warehouse cleanliness and conditions.
  • Support stock counts and regulatory inspections.

Overview

Qualifications
  • Diploma or Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 1–3 years warehouse experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated environments.
  • Basic knowledge of GMP/GDP and inventory control.
  • Able to use ERP/WMS and basic computer applications.
  • Physically fit, responsible, and able to work as part of a team
Responsibilities
  • Receive, store, label, and issue raw materials, packaging materials, intermediates, and finished goods in compliance with GMP/GDP requirements.
  • Manage finished goods (FG) storage, segregation, and status labeling (quarantine, approved, rejected, returned).
  • Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices for all materials, especially finished goods during storage and dispatch.
  • Prepare and verify finished goods dispatch documents, delivery orders, and shipment records.
  • Coordinate with QA, QC, Production, and Logistics for material sampling, FG release, staging, and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation (GRN, stock cards, issuance and dispatch records) in the system.
  • Monitor warehouse cleanliness, safety, and environmental conditions (temperature & humidity).
  • Support stock counts, inventory reconciliation, internal audits, and regulatory inspections.
