Job description

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations and material planning in a manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage material requirements based on sales forecasts and production schedules.
  • Monitor material delivery progress to ensure timely arrival and inspect incoming items for damage or defects.
  • Provide pre-alerts and take prompt action in case of material delays, shortages or supply issues.
  • Prepare material pick lists according to Bill of Materials (BOM) and production orders.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Oversee material returns and replenishment during the production process.
  • Review and maintain appropriate stock safety levels to support uninterrupted production.
  • Collaborate with production teams and other stakeholders to improve warehouse processes.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, handling planning roles or warehouse/logistics management.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel for reporting and analysis.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and communicate effectively with production teams.
  • Proficiently in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Ability to lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
