Job summary

A manufacturing company in Negeri Sembilan is seeking a candidate responsible for planning and controlling overall warehouse operations. Key duties include monthly stock management, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, and leading the EHS committee. The ideal applicant will perform supervisory duties and take on additional tasks as assigned by management. The position is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency and safety within the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Responsible in planning, organising and controlling of warehouse overall operations
• Responsible for monthly stock take and report
• Control of stocks which include raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods and machinery spare parts supplies
• Responsible for department’s ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 documentation and implementation
• In-charge for EHS committee as the role describe in EHS Safety Committee Organization Chart
• To carry out any other duties as instructed by superior from time to time
• To perform any other duties as instructed by the Management as and when required
