Job summary

A logistics company in Malaysia is looking for a warehouse operations specialist to manage daily activities such as product picking, order packing, and returns processing. Candidates are expected to hold at least SPM/Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain with 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse environment. This position works 6 days a week with shift rotation and offers a fixed-term contract for 6 months that may lead to permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Experience in E-Fulfilment is an advantage.
• Ability to work under a fast-paced environment.

Job description

Responsibilities

To be responsible for the daily operation activities of the warehouse such as product pick, order pack, order scan, other warehouse activities.

Processing and reporting incoming returns.

Assist superior on executing daily preservation of warehouse activities.

Track unfulfilled or backordered product to provide resolutions for fulfillment.

To ensure that all operation at the warehouse is compliance with environment, safety and health standard, and maintain warehouse housekeeping all the time.

Ensure inventory in system is up to date with reflected real time quantity.

Enhance and simplify operation process for better cost & time effectively.

Perform task as assigned by superior from time to time.

Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain or equivalent.

At least 2-3 years of working experience in warehouse.

Experience in warehouse (E-Fulfilment) will be added advantage.

Work in 6 days per week and shift rotation.

Able to work under a fast-paced environment and multi-tasking.

Able to work in Taman Perindustrian Bukit Serdang.

Fixed Term Contract: 6 months (renewable) & potential permanent absorption.
