Job summary

A leading logistics company in Johor is looking for a Warehouse Operations Administrator. This role involves handling daily administrative tasks related to warehouse activities, coordinating goods movement, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Candidates should have at least a Diploma and 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment, be proficient in WMS/SAP/ERP, and possess good analytical and communication skills. Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma with 2 years of working experience in warehouse operations environment.
  • Proficient in WMS / SAP / ERP.
  • Good communication in English, both written and verbal.
  • Computer literacy - Good in Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Analytical skills and detail-oriented.
  • Must be willing to work in Senai / PTP.

Responsibilities

  • Handling daily administrative tasks, which may include data entry, managing communications, and preparing reports on warehouse activities.
  • Coordinating the movement of goods in and out of the warehouse.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock checks.
  • Prepare daily or weekly reports on all operational activities.
  • Liaise with both internal and external parties on daily operations issues.
  • Analyze operation performance and propose solutions for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling daily administrative tasks, which may include data entry, managing communications, and preparing reports on warehouse activities.
  • Coordinating the movement of goods in and out of the warehouse, which involves preparing and processing documentation like delivery orders, invoices, and packing lists for both incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting regular stock checks, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring proper storage and organization of goods.
  • Prepare daily or weekly reports on all operational activities.
  • Liaise with both internal and external parties on daily operations issues.
  • Analyze operation performance and propose the solution for process improvement.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by immediate superiors.
