Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry and update information in systems and spreadsheets.
  • Organize and maintain paper and digital files.
  • Update shipment details and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
  • Check customer outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Assist with basic financial tasks, including expense recording.
  • Update delivery and logistics status.
  • Coordinate with third-party forwarding agents and delivery companies.
  • Work with the finance department on transportation and delivery costs and pricing.
  • Respond to WhatsApp, WeChat, and email messages.
  • Coordinate communication with internal departments and external parties.
  • Assist in improving and updating the company’s logistics system.
