Job summary

A renowned Japanese restaurant in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a dedicated service staff member to enhance guests' dining experiences. The role involves greeting guests, taking orders, serving food, and maintaining hygiene standards. Candidates with at least an SPM and experience in the food industry, particularly in Japanese cuisine, will be preferred. The position requires flexibility for shifts, weekends, and public holidays, offering a chance to be part of memorable dining moments.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM with relevant working experience.
• Working experience in Japanese restaurant is an advantage.
• Able to work on shift hours, weekend and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive guest upon their arrival and seat them accordingly.
• Take orders and serve food and beverage to guest accordingly.
• Setting up tables / arrange tables and dining utensils & cutlery.
• Attend to guest enquiries and complaints.
• Maintain and ensure safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards are kept all the time.
