Overview

Responsible for leading business development and management of investment services, focusing on unit trust and ASNB products.

The role involves driving sales performance, developing and onboarding new products, managing marketing campaigns, and implementing digital initiatives to achieve fee-based income targets.

Additional responsibilities include organizing training, managing relationships with Unit Trust Management Companies and regulators, ensuring compliance with BNM, SC, and FIMM requirements, and overseeing internal processes.

Responsibilities

Develop marketing plans and campaign strategies, oversee their implementation, and ensure growth of the investment service within the bank.

Onboard new unit trust funds and establish strategic partnerships with Unit Trust Management Companies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any related field or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Minimum 8‑10 years of working experience in banking and/or financial services, especially in wealth management.
• Strong knowledge in wealth management, product development, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning.
• Leadership skills to coach sales teams and enhance operational excellence.
• Proficiency in analyzing performance of Unit Trust funds.
