Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality video footage of the Company’s Director/Boss for interviews, talks, announcements, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Plan video concepts, angles, lighting, and basic storytelling aligned with marketing objectives.
• Set up and operate video equipment including cameras, microphones, lighting, and stabilizers.
• Add subtitles, transitions, basic motion graphics, background music, and branding elements.
• Ensure videos follow brand tone, style guidelines, and platform specifications.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in videography and video editing (portfolio preferred).
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of lighting, framing, and audio recording.
• Familiar with social media video formats and trends.
• Ability to capture natural, professional-looking footage of people on camera.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel locally for shooting when required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
