  • Oversee the daily operations of the preschool centre, ensuring compliance with licensing and safety regulations.
  • Manage and support a team of teachers and staff, including scheduling, supervision, and performance evaluation.
  • Ensure a warm, stimulating, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for children.
  • Lead curriculum planning and implementation in collaboration with teaching staff.
  • Handle parent communications, including addressing concerns, conducting parent meetings, scheduling visits, and providing updates on centre activities.
  • Manage admissions, student enrollment, and maintain accurate records.
  • Monitor centre budget, expenses, and resource planning.
  • Organize and coordinate school events, staff meetings, and training sessions.
  • Act as a role model for professionalism, ethical behavior, and excellence in early childhood education.
Requirements
