Job description

Venture Finance Manager (Executive / Senior Executive)

• Conduct credit Assessment of Venture Debt applications.
• Develop a pipeline of VC-backed start-up companies in accordance with target/focus technology sectors.
• Conduct venture financing, convertible financing evaluation, and due diligence on existing and new financing proposal applications.
• Submit financing and investment papers to obtain approval for financing, variation, disbursement, a subsequent exercise of warrants, and exits from investments.
• Develop exit strategies and mechanisms, including networking and engaging with VC/PE firms.
• Undertake identification, assessment, and investment of issuers or borrowers listed on Equity Crowdfunding and Peer-to-Peer platforms.
• Liaise with frontline divisions on the management of approved accounts. Undertake corporate finance exercises.
• Participate in and contribute to all aspects of the financing process with responsibility for all quantitative and qualitative analysis of portfolio companies and funds.
