Job description

GS Paperboard & Packaging Sdn Bhd – Selangor

To operate, control, monitor and ensure Waste Water Treatment plant running in smooth and good operational without failure.

To comply with government bodies regulation and standard application such as DOE (Department of Environment) and DOSH (Department of Safety and Health).

To ensure the plant in well maintain and cleanliness.

To operate, control and monitor RWTP/WWTP plant system running smoothly and good manner.

To do chemical preparation, raw water lab analysis and sludge transfer / disposal.

To make daily reporting in logbook & log sheet .(Plant operational, breakdown, consumptive usage)

Involving in trouble shooting, countermeasure, breakdown and system improvement.

Housekeeping in WWTP plant to ensure plant cleanliness.

Working with safety environment and safety precaution to avoid incident.

To do preventive maintenance for all machinery and equipment.

To activate and active in energy saving activity.

To control, monitor and observe WWTP operational meet DOE standard and regulation.

Reliability

Assist in the development and coordination of the failure registration system and equipment breakdown monitoring program.

Assist in developing and coordinating the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) program and monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions.

Coordinate activities under the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program, including the Autonomous Maintenance (AM), Planned Maintenance (PM) and Focused Improvement (FI) pillars.

Assist in monitoring and analyzing TPM actual inspection intervals versus planned intervals to ensure compliance and optimize maintenance schedules.

Support the implementation of 5S and 6S workplace organization initiatives to maintain organized, efficient and safe work environment.

Serve as CAPEX coordinator by developing and executing project procurement strategies to mitigate risk and align with organizational goals.

Job Requirements

Possess minimum Certificate/ Diploma/ Professional Certificate in Process / Manufacturing or in Mechanical Engineering field

Fresh graduate in Diploma is highly encouraged to apply (to become successor).

Able to work in heavy and tough environment, hands-on, long working hour (if needed), shift work and OT

Initiatives, fast learner and discipline candidate

Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.

Applicants must be willing to work in Banting (near KLIA,Sepang).

Hostel will be provided for 12-months stay for outstation candidates.
