Job description

Overview

The storekeeper is responsible for managing and controlling all material activities related to TM projects using various TM systems. This role ensures efficient material movement, accurate system updates, timely work order closures, and effective coordination with TM personnel and suppliers to support smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. System Management & Material Handling
   • Manage & update material transactions in TM systems (iCEMS, SLIMS, vPRIME, NEXCIS, STaX)
   • Perform material transfer, issuance, and return activities in accordance with TM guidelines
   • Monitor and ensure all system updates are accurate and timely
   • Other related tasks
2. Work Order & Documentation
   • Coordinate with team leaders to update material usage and work progress
   • Ensure work orders are properly updated and closed in the system with supporting images and documentation
   • Prepare reports and summaries for management and TM audits
3. Coordination & Communication
   • Liaise closely with TM personnel, contractors, and suppliers for material requests, deliveries and approvals
   • Follow up with TM or internal teams regarding pending approvals, material shortages or discrepancies
4. Audit & Compliance
   • Support and participate in quarterly audits with TM and internal teams.
   • Ensure compliance with TM's material management policies and procedures

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field.
2. 1‑3 years of experience in store or material management, preferably in telecommunication or TM projects.
3. Proficient in iCEMS, SLIMS, vPRIME, NEXCIS, STaX and other TM‑related systems.
4. Strong understanding of work order management and material traceability.
5. Good communication and coordination skills.
6. Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
7. Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Additional Advantages

1. Experience handling TM audits or working with TM personnel.
2. Familiar with SAP or similar ERP systems.
3. Possess a valid driving license.
