Qualifications

  • Fresh graduates with Engineering degrees, ideally in Civil, Chemical, or Electrical disciplines.
  • Be fluent in English and able to articulate ideas confidently.
  • Be comfortable engaging with various stakeholders.
  • Experience with underwriting and insurance coursework is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and guidelines.
  • Collect, compile, and analyse market information.
  • Support credit control in payment collection.
  • Track, report, and analyse team's referrals, backlogs, and productivity.
  • Be the digital ambassador of the team.
  • Recommend initiatives to streamline policies.
  • Maintain accurate data in relevant systems.
  • Meet operational KPIs and ensure risk awareness.

  • Support the tracking, reporting, and analyse the team's referrals, backlogs, and productivity.

  • Recommend initiatives to streamline policies and processes.
  • Provide interpretation and advice on policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate data in relevant systems and databases.
  • Deliver business results by meeting operational KPIs and ensuring risk awareness and governance.
Qualifications
  • Fresh graduates with Engineering degrees, ideally in Civil, Chemical, or Electrical disciplines.
  • Be fluent in English and able to articulate ideas confidently.
