We’re looking for a UI/UX designer who cares about clarity, craftsmanship, and thoughtful execution. Someone who takes pride in doing good work, enjoys solving design problems, and is comfortable contributing to a product that moves quickly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, competitor reviews, and usability studies to support insight-driven design decisions.
• Translate business goals and user needs into wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes.
• Design responsive and accessible interfaces for web and mobile.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation.
• Run usability tests, analyse feedback, and iterate to improve user flows.
• Prepare final UI assets, specifications, and interaction guidelines for smooth handoff.

Who We’re Looking For

A designer who enjoys building clean, thoughtful interfaces and is comfortable learning and improving in a fast-moving environment.

You Should Have

• Minimum 5+ years of experience
• Strong creative judgment and original design thinking
• High attention to detail
• Openness to feedback and iteration
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Lottie, and similar tools
• Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles
• Clear communication and good collaboration skills
• Ability to create animations and micro-interactions that enhance UX

Core Skills (Must-Haves)

• Ability to translate insights into user-centred design decisions
• Strong craftsmanship across UX flows, UI visuals, and motion
• Ability to balance creativity with clarity and usability
• Comfort working in an iterative, fast-paced environment

Bonus Skills

• Experience with Deevid AI for UI animation or motion
• Familiarity with AI-driven design workflows (Runway ML, Adobe Firefly for animation, Rive, Haiper AI, AnimateDiff, Fable Studio)
• Ability to integrate AI tools to speed up prototyping, animation, or ideation
• Curiosity for new tools and willingness to experiment meaningfully
