We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Trilingual Teacher (know Mandarin, Bahasa & English) to join our dynamic team at Smart Little Beans Early Reading Centre (Krubong Branch) in Melaka. As a full-time teacher, you'll be responsible for delivering engaging and effective trilingual language lessons to our students, helping them develop their language skills and cultural understanding.

What you'll be doing

• Plan and deliver high-quality Mandarin, Bahasa and English lessons for students from age 4~12 and proficiency levels
• Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to support their language development
• Collaborate with the wider teaching team to ensure a consistent and effective approach to language education
• Participate in staff training and professional development opportunities to continuously improve your teaching practice
• Create and maintain a positive learning environment that promotes curiosity and active participation
• Work collaboratively with parents and colleagues to support students’ growth and development
• Keep accurate records of students’ attendance, academic progress, and behavior
