Job description

Responsibilities

• Responsible to manage company's cash, liquidity, and financial risks by overseeing payments, cash flow, and financial reporting.
• Maintaining good relationship with banks and financial institutions.
• Monitor daily cash transaction and maintain adequate liquidity for operational needs.
• To forecast short-term and long-term cash requirements in coordination with operations and other related departments.
• Manage fund transfers between bank accounts and optimize cash balances.
• Coordinate with banks for payments, collections, and account management.
• Maintain records of loan drawdowns, interest payments, and bank charges.
• Prepare reports relating to cash flow and report bank balances, fund utilization, and debt positions to management.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, treasury policies, and financial regulations.
• Assist in documentation for audits or inspections.
• To assist in order and ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in treasury, cash flow management or corporate finance.
• Candidate who familiar with banking operations, trade financing, and treasury systems will be an added advantage,
• Preferably candidates with experience cash forecasting, fund allocation, and managing banking facilities.
• Knowledge in FX, liquidity management, and loan documentation.
• Strong analytical, detail oriented, and problem-solving skills.
• Applicants must be willing to work at Seberang Jaya, Penang.
