Travel Sales Manager – Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5–8 years experience in travel sales (tour packages, corporate travel, MICE, or airline sales), with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of tour products, destinations, fares, and visa requirements
- Experience managing and training a sales team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong customer relationship management (CRM) skills
- Ability to develop sales strategies and marketing plans
- Budgeting and forecasting experience
- Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) and MS Office
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and overseas promotions

Job Scope
We are looking for a responsible and dedicated Travel Service Manager to manage our travel department. Increase sales from overseas. To manage our fleet of vehicles. Job scope as follows:
- Generate sales from Asian countries
- Contract with Hotels and Attractions in Singapore
- Increase sales team to focus in international markets
- Manage accounts department is collections and credit management
- Compile all bookings and place on the booking system
- Schedule assignments for driver
- Follow up with drivers on all assignments and ensure all are punctual services are delivered
- Plan and maintain all vehicle inspection, road tax/Insurance renewal
- Conduct check on vehicles for safety and ensure vehicle are up to standards. Report to office on defects
- Ensure daily movements are updated and send to accounts department
Experience Required
Minimum 5 years of experience in travel sales and management.
