Key Responsibilities

    • Act as the primary point of contact for all customers' inquiries across various channels, B2C, B2B partnerships, social media, WhatsApp, and website communications.
    • Manage a diverse travel product portfolio, including cruise, yacht, and land‑based offerings.
    • Ensure all travel arrangements comply with the client's policies and proactively identify opportunities for cost optimisation.
    • Drive high conversion rates through systematic follow‑up on inquiries.
    • Uphold exceptional service standards and response times.
  • Strategic Account Management
    • Partnership Development: Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with business partners.
    • Consistently deliver excellent service through prompt and effective communication.
  • Additional Responsibilities
