Job summary

A logistics firm in Subang Jaya is looking for a detail-oriented Transport and Logistics Assistant to manage and coordinate transportation operations. Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Transport and Logistics Assistant to support the smooth operation of our transportation and logistics processes. The ideal candidate will assist in delivery medical equipments and installation, follow up on DO and Check list, coordinating with co workers for daily task, and ensuring all daily delivery task to be done in the time frame.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating transportation schedules and delivery routes
• Update delivery status in real time / taking care warehouse for incoming and outgoing shipment of machines
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations and company policies
• Assist in managing vehicle maintenance records and service schedules
• Contribute to continuous improvement of machines deliver and installations

Requirements

• High school SPM/diplom or equivalent; additional logistics or supply chain certification will add value
• With experience in transport or freshest can apply for the job
• Proficient in MS Office or have interest on learning about Ms office
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• GDL with good records
• Physically fit and healthy and able to load and unload up to 50kg to 80kg
• Able to travel out station regularly in short notice
