Training & Onboarding Specialist – Shape Careers, Build Success

In this role, you will play a vital role in shaping the first impressions and long-term success of new recruits. From interviews to structured onboarding programs, you will be responsible for creating a positive, impactful entry experience that sets our people up for growth.

You’ll also take the lead in shaping and managing the onboarding journey for new starters across our Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru, and soon-to-open Penang branches, creating a seamless and empowering experience that sets every team member up for success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding & Training Delivery – Conduct engaging onboarding sessions for new recruits, introducing them to our culture, processes, and mission.
  • New Recruit Interviews – Participate in candidate evaluations, ensuring cultural and role fit from the start.
  • Program Development – Design and implement onboarding frameworks that are structured, practical, and aligned with business needs.
  • Process Management – Oversee and continuously improve onboarding workflows to ensure efficiency and consistency.
  • Tracking Success – Monitor and report on new staff progress, providing feedback to leadership on performance, development needs, and retention.
  • Collaboration – Work closely with management, team leaders, and HR to align training programs with organizational goals.
