• Facilitate engaging and result‑driven training sessions using interactive methods such as experiential learning techniques, role‑playing, and simulations.
• Optimize selected training and educational content such as blogs, webinars, and video testimonials across multiple social media platforms to increase engagement and knowledge retention.
• Training delivery to different audience including corporate executives and frontline employees.
• Support the measurement of training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and post‑training support.
• Active involvement in new business opportunities by strategic partnerships and identifying new markets for training programs.
