Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the majority of work involved in the process of baking / production.
• Work as a team to ensure the desired end product is produced.
• Follow strictly the working schedule and items to be made, and the quantities to be prepared.
• Concentrate and improve on the various job functions assigned, in the areas of:

5. Baking

• In charge of baking the merchandise after proofing and adding any ingredients during baking.
• Prepare topping for different items (e.g., egg wash, cheese, sugar, mix vegetables).
• Responsible for baking time and oven temperature for each merchandise and keep the oven clean at all times.
• Take care of the oven and keep it clean.
• Learn the various procedures/time needed for baking each product.
• Weigh and divide dough.
• Place molded products into trays ready for baking.
• Keep the tabletop clean.
• Learn molding procedures and other table work involved, and find new ways to improve it.

7. Sheeting

• Responsible for various work involved in the process of sheeting.
• Keep the sheeting machine clean at all times.
• Learn various ways of sheeting for each product and find new ways to improve the work.

8. Mixing

• In charge of the mixing work involved in the bakery.
• Learn new mixing recipes.
