Job summary

A financial technology company based in Subang Jaya, Malaysia, is looking for a Trading Operations Specialist to execute trades and monitor client accounts. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, at least 2 years of experience in trading or fintech, and strong analytical skills. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is essential for supporting clients. This position requires responsibility and a willingness to work shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Execute trades for securities, futures, options, and other financial products efficiently and compliantly.
  • Monitor client account equity and positions to prevent over-trading.
  • Maintain and optimize the MT trading system to ensure stable operations.
  • Handle system configurations and routine maintenance.
  • Resolve trading-related issues and assist the customer service team.
  • Participate in system optimization and new product testing.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical skills
Bilingual in English and Mandarin

维护并优化 MT 交易系统,确保系统稳定运行。
Maintain and optimize the MT trading system to ensure stable operations.

处理交易系统配置及日常维护,如杠杆调整、账户管理等。
Handle system configurations and routine maintenance, such as leverage adjustments and account management.

解决交易相关问题,协助客服团队处理交易异常。
Resolve trading-related issues and assist the customer service team in handling transaction anomalies.

参与交易系统优化及新产品上线测试。
Participate in system optimization and new product testing.

职位要求 | Job Requirements:

具备金融、经济、信息技术或相关专业的学士学位。
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.

至少 2 年 交易、金融科技或经纪公司相关经验。
At least 2 years of experience in trading, fintech, or brokerage.

具备MT/MQ-Admin/Manager系统经验优先
Must have experience with MT/MQ-Admin/Manager systems.

良好的 Excel 数据处理能力,逻辑思维清晰。
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

具备中英文沟通能力,能支持普通话客户。
Proficient in both English and Mandarin to support Mandarin-speaking clients.

责任心强,能接受轮班安排。
